# Get Vestings

GET https://data.api.aviato.co/person/vestings

Get the vestings of a person.

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — Bearer authentication of the form `Bearer <token>`, where token is your auth token.

- `linkedinURL` (string, optional) — LinkedIn URL, accepts public profile (linkedin.com/in/), Sales Navigator, and Recruiter URLs

- `perPage` (integer, required) — Number of items per page.
- `page` (integer, required) — Page number, starts from 0.

## Types

### Vesting

Vesting object represents vesting information of a person. It includes the vesting schedule, shares vested, cliffs, etc.

- `id` (string, required) — The unique identifier of the vesting record
- `grantDate` (datetime, optional) — The date when the equity grant was made
- `initialShares` (integer, optional) — The initial number of shares granted
- `initialSharesValue` (double, optional) — The initial value (USD) of the shares granted
- `sharePriceAtGrantDate` (double, optional) — The share price (USD) at the time of grant
- `currentSharePrice` (double, optional) — The current share price (USD)
- `cliffPeriod` (integer, optional) — The cliff period in days before vesting begins
- `daysPastCliff` (integer, optional) — Number of days past the cliff period
- `selectedJobFamily` (string, optional) — The job family selected for this vesting schedule
- `selectedLevel` (string, optional) — The level selected for this vesting schedule
- `experienceID` (string, optional) — ID of the work experience associated with this vesting
- `companyID` (string, optional) — ID of the company where this vesting applies
- `percentVested` (double, optional) — The percentage of shares that have vested as of now
- `minVestedShares` (integer, optional) — The minimum number of shares vested
- `maxVestedShares` (integer, optional) — The maximum number of shares vested
- `nextBatchDate` (datetime, optional) — The date of the next vesting batch
- `nextBatchMinShares` (integer, optional) — The minimum shares in the next vesting batch
- `nextBatchMaxShares` (integer, optional) — The maximum shares in the next vesting batch
- `nextBatchMinValueOfficial` (double, optional) — The minimum official value (USD) of the next vesting batch
- `nextBatchMaxValueOfficial` (double, optional) — The maximum official value (USD) of the next vesting batch
- `nextBatchMinValueSecondary` (double, optional) — The minimum secondary market value (USD) of the next vesting batch
- `nextBatchMaxValueSecondary` (double, optional) — The maximum secondary market value (USD) of the next vesting batch
- `vestingStatus` (enum, optional) — The current status of the vesting schedule
  - Allowed values: `ACTIVE`, `COMPLETED`, `CANCELLED`, `INVALID`
- `minVestedSharesValueOfficial` (double, optional) — The minimum official value (USD) of vested shares
- `minVestedSharesValueSecondary` (double, optional) — The minimum secondary market value (USD) of vested shares
- `maxVestedSharesValueOfficial` (double, optional) — The maximum official value (USD) of vested shares
- `maxVestedSharesValueSecondary` (double, optional) — The maximum secondary market value (USD) of vested shares
- `vestingPeriods` (integer, optional) — The number of vesting periods in the schedule
- `avgTotalCompensationPerYear` (double, optional) — The average total compensation (USD) per year
- `avgBaseSalaryPerYear` (double, optional) — The average base salary (USD) per year
- `avgStockGrantPerYear` (double, optional) — The average stock grant value (USD) per year
